About the Speakers

Pagan Kennedy, the former innovation columnist for the New York Times Magazine, is author of the New York Times notable book Black Livingstone, the Barnes & Noble discover pick Spinsters, Inventology, and seven other books. She has been an MIT Knight Science Journalism fellow and published articles in dozens of newspapers and magazines. She lives in Somerville, Massachusetts. Photo by Asia Kepka.
