A health food store owner and devotee of meditation, Furman travels the world creating new categories for record achievement.     About the Speaker

    Ashrita Furman, is the holder of the most Guinness records – more than 175 current records, including the official record for having the most records! Ashrita, has set a record in more than 40 countries and on every continent. Ashrita credits his success to his lifelong study of meditation with his spiritual teacher, Sri Chinmoy. Sri Chinmoy taught Ashrita that true happiness comes from within and Ashrita uses the records as a way to express the energy and joy he gets from his meditation practice.
