Bodies in Balance: Nourish, Practice, Know

Nourish, Practice, Know is a series of events and workshops that explore the power of food, contemplative practice, and life-long learning to help us balance our bodies.  Through outings to Jackson Heights kitchens, yoga and meditation classes, and our signature conversation series, we will hear from ethnobotanists, Tibetan doctors, chefs, aromatherapists, and others about the path to wellness.
